We would like to inform all the District Chess Associations / Institutions/Academies, that the following State Chess Championships are to be conducted during the current year (2020) :
1) Under-7, 2) Under-9, 3) Under-11, 4) Under-13, 5) Under-15 (sub-junior) , 6) Under-17, 7) Under-19 (Junior), 8) State Women, 9) State Senior, 10 ) State Rapid & Blitz.
All the above Championships should be fide rated events, except Under-7 & State Women.
District Chess Associations/ Institutions/Academies, are hereby requested to communicate their willingness to conduct any of the above Championships to the Ad-hoc Committee of Bengal Chess Association by 20th February 2020 positively.
