Another great news for Bengal Chess ! All India Inter Railway Team Chess Champion Metro Rail, Kolkata (10 Match pts, 16 Game Pts) . Central Railway & ICF placed (8 Match pts, 16 Game Pts both) 2nd & 3rd respectively by better tie break. In the final round match Metro Rail beat South Western Railway by 3-1 and clinched the Title. Kolkata based Metro Railway team comprising with GM Saptarshi Roy Chowdhury, IM Sayantan Das, IM Somak Palit, FM Joydeep Dutta. The tournament was organized by South Central Railway Sports Association held at Telengana from 21/10/19 to 24/140/19. Total 15 Railway Team participated in this All India Railway Meet.
